Advice for Burnham V8 oil to natural gas conversion

We have an 8 year old Burnham V8 series boiler. Should and can we convert it to natural gas from oil? I have been reading others have done it. It is a 87% efficient unit heating our baseboards and hot water. The recommendations I have had so far from the quotes thus far was a Carlin burner swap out, existing is bekket, line the chimney and put a new highly efficient gas hot water heater separately. Anyone done this conversion for this unit? Experiences?

The sticker on the unit says it is a PV85WT. The quotes for full replacements are all 150,000 BTU sized units, if that helps.

The previous guy that had his comments removed talked this has been done before with a Carlin Gas burner with no issues for that unit. The original boiler manufacturer does not sell that configuration so not supported. Does the fact that you removed those comments mean that this is incorrect? Please advise. Other heating contractors are saying same things.

The comments weren't removed because of the quality of the advice, but because the poster hadn't been properly vetted as a professional in the industry.
