Quadra Fire Castille Pellet stove
Our Castille Pellet stove is acting funny. First of all we occasionally have a flashing orange light. We don't know what that is & it says nothing in our owner manual. The stove will be running & then just quit feeding pellets. Sometimes it just won't start at all. Reset doesn't do anything. The only way to get it going again is to unplug it & plug it back in. Does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem may be?

Hi melwalthers,
A flashing yellow light in the control box mean a problem with the thermocouple.
Good Luck

Is it an indication that the thermocouple is going out? Thank you so much for your response. The manual seems pretty vague & without any quadrafire tech support it seems really hard to even know where to start so thanks again!

There could be a couple things. You should talk to your dealer and they can make some suggestions. Good Luck.
