looks like a carrier refrigerating machine on a mall roof i used to work on scottie, you don't work for a company in tewksbury mass do you?

When you service Carrier you are always busy.
I know a Mall on the west coast of Michigan that it's first floor retail space uses DX cooling all year around no outdoor air
.
It's all Carrier equipment now that's what I call job security.
The Mall management companies use Trane equipment for it's areas.
You ever change out an a/c compressor when it 10 degrees out I have it not fun.

It's been awhile since dealing with the cold,especially when the wind is blowing and it just snowed; but still remember. Is that mall in muskegon?
Lot of those carriers also went through combustion blower motors too,many of them didn't last more than 1 or 2 seasons,are they still like that?
Other than that and the heat ex's, didn't seem to be too bad. Think all the rtu's have been cheapened up. Aaons aren't too bad,at least the doors are handy when you are servicing.GO DAWGS!
