from RLC-SVD03A-EN:
If the CLD Comm link to the CPM is broken, the message is:
No Communication, Data Not Valid
I hate comm problems, too.
good luck.

Just because you can measure it, doesn't mean it is important. Just because you can't measure it, doesn't mean it isn't important.
I replaced the 1u1 cpu board and the problem seems solved, and it is in a corrosive environment a tire plant.
Thanks for the input

You might want to try running a clean compressed air supply to the control panel and pressurize the control panel cabinet with clean air to prevent the corrosive atmosphere attacking the electronics . they do this a lot in paper mills etc and it does work .

you seal up the cabinet real well and provide compressed air through a regulator to maintain a positive pressure. the pressure needs to be quite a bit higher than you would think because the leakage is huge.
i have a liquid natural gas plant that does this to an old air cooled screw chiller. they use positve pressure to the control cabinet and a whole bunch of sensors and bells and whistles if something goes wrong. otherwise...could be a big-a-boom!!!
good luck.
