The Height of Arrogance
Caught this little article today, Nov. 27 (Bloomberg) -- General Motors Corp., criticized by U.S. lawmakers for its use of corporate jets, asked aviation regulators to block the public’s ability to track a plane it uses.
“We availed ourselves of the option as others do to have the aircraft removed” from a Federal Aviation Administration tracking service, a GM spokesman, Greg Martin, said yesterday in an interview. He declined to discuss why GM made the request.

Hey I'm no defender of GM but I would agree with their request. I sure wouldn't want Michael Moore and others like him knowing where the corporate jet is going so they can arrange to meet it with protest signs everywhere they go, etc or have some kook like the uni bomber plan on shooting it down on approach to an airport. Give them a break here.

"I have little interest in streamlining government or in making it more efficient, for I mean to reduce its size. I do not undertake to promote welfare, for I propose to extend freedom. My aim is not to pass laws, but to repeal them."

I'd make them paint it bright pink.
Those b*st*rds never felt one bit of remorse for closing down plants and throwing people out of work so the stockholders and upper management can reap more profits.
They need to be told how america feels about them.
Michael Moore is only dangerous if you are between him and a plate of food.

If we didn't have "evil" we wouldn't know what "good" is.

I look at it this way - if they want my dollars they will have to disclose their travels. I even want to know what they are personally with their assets. All the same information a bank gets when they go to give the average business or person money.
No information - no money.
