    Thanksgiving Dinner

    36 lb turkey
    bread stuffing
    smashed tatters
    roasted sweet potatoes
    green bean casserole
    corn on cob
    cranberry thing
    gravy
    Home-made rolls
    pumpkin pie/ pecan pie

One of my sister in-laws was given the turkey at work. I had to make a roasting pan for the turkey. The turkey and pan would only fit in my double stacked ovens. So Turkey, rolls & pies cooked my place. One of my brothers had to take the stuff to dads house.

I was stuck working. Customers boiler went down. Our burner tech was on site for several hours. I went in as a support. It is a pain changing a 10hp motor on the burner by yourself.
