Quadrafire 1100i ignitor not getting power

I have a quadrafire 1100i. It is over 10 years old and I have just recently started experiencing problems with it. When the thermostat kicks in the exhaust fan comes on and pellets begin to feed, however I am getting no power to the ignitor. I hot wired it to make sure the ignitor is not defective and it is working properly. I don't know how to tell if it is a control box issue a
junction box issue or possible something else. if anyone has experience with this any help would be greatly appreciated.

The current Quad units have a fuse for the ignitor. It is one of those round barrel fuses with a black screw cap over it that says "fuse" on it.
