    Circulator pump whistle

A new B&G NRF-22 all is good no problems,,but after running about 10 mins it begins to whistle,,not sure if this it due to the water temp or the loop it's on ,,maybe moving the water too fast?? The other 2 zones have the same pumps with no noise at all. All pumps are mounted properly as per B&G instructions,,

Change it while it's still in warranty.
If YOU want change, YOU have to first change.

If you are waiting for the 'other guy' to change first, just remember, you're the 'other guy's' other guy. To continue to expect real change when you keep acting the same way as always, is folly. Won't happen. Real change will only happen when a majority of the people change the way they vote!

I'd take the motor cartridge off and clean up the impeller and housing. Could be a slug of solder or some other type of debris trapped inside.

If that don't work, change it out with a Taco 007.

Did you add the oil that came with the new pump?

The NRF-22 circulator is a wet rotor design with no oil ports that I am aware of. Put quite a few of these circs on, but unfortunately replaced quite a few after just a few years. I have one of these on my new addition, still going strong after 4 yrs. I still like Taco better.

Is that one of the little in line pumps that seems to run forever?
