    61.3°F rise at 1400 CFM=92,685BTU output.

    Your air flow may be much lower then what its set for.

    Wraujr,

    If you post pictures of how your xv95 connects to your duct work you may be provided some insight on whether it looks overly restrictive.....ultimately static pressure measurement should provide some insight.
