Burner set up?
Can someone tell me the correct way to set up a modulating gas boiler. Set chamber pressure for low or high fire? Set gas regulator per manufacturers specs first? Adjust air intake only to get correct readings on analyzer readings? Are adjustments made for low or high fire? When chages are made to one then the other is off? Set up procedures in OEM are very vague. Also looking for a good boiler class in the Charlotte ,N.C. area if anyone can recommend one. Any online sites for training would also help.

Depending upon which burner you have, you should be able to manually hold it at a specific position with the manual pot, and set it up in steps. Some are easier than others to get the adjustments right through the range of firing, depends on if you have linkage or allen screws to adjust. in some cases, you just have to skip certain parts of the range when going from low to high fire. some burner.boiler combos can be finicky, especially beckett to an older weil mclain.
