Hi everyone. I just found this forum while doing some research for my latest project. I work for Pensa, a design company out in Brooklyn, NY, and our latest project involves frozen drink equipment. Our group is interested in talking to someone who has experience with a range of frozen drink/soft-serve machines and who can comment on common problems both with the equipment and the products it produces. There would be a few initial questions, followed by a more in-depth phone interview (or potentially an in-person interview if you live in Brooklyn). And there will be payment for your time.
