    Pomegranates

I've got a bush in my yard. Anyone know what to do with them?
One book said mix the seeds with cream cheese. Another suggested making a wine. There tasty but I have to eat the seeds.
    Tracers work both ways.

If you have a way to juice them, you can simmer and reduce the juice to make a glaze for chicken, turkey or duck. I saw it on food network and tried it. It was gooooood! I used the store bought juice, though.

Pomegranate juices have been linked to preventing heart and cardiovascular disease as well as possibly preventing plaque from forming on your teeth. I eat a few now and then, but I drink the stuff like its going out of style. NOT to mention those teas you can buy.

    Great Stuff....
