    Why the NorthEast?

I just watched the movie The Happening. I am a fan of M. Night Shyamalan and find something in all of his movies. In The Happening, only the NorthEast of the United States is affected with people killing themselves.

Why the NorthEast, we may ask. Well the answer lies in fact that the NorthEast of the United States is so overwhelmingly pro-Obama

Robo, I cant believe you like this director, his movies are terrible!

To each his own I guess.

It was an insanely horrible movie. No plot. No acting. No ending even! Nothing just boring.

I'm surprised to hear that. I haven't seen this movie, but have enjoyed his others.

I disagree. M. Night Shyamalan's story lines are designed to make us think. In the very beginning the main actor makes a big deal that in nature, there are some things that occur that we just never understand. That was the point of the movie.

Is there an ending to nature? Are we part of nature? There was no standard ending because the plot subject dictated that there is no ending to what happened, it just did, and we may never understand why. Again; that was the point.

I usually need to watch M. Night Shyamalan's movies at least twice to fully appreciate them for what they are designed for, but I always get something from them. I can understand that his movies are not designed to only entertain, which I also like at times, but his movies are also designed to force us to think, and sometimes to come to our own conclusions.

I wouldn't think so. I'm one of those geeky born agains who believes he has had direct contact with Jesus/God.

    Then again, you never know
