    Westinghouse FGUE Wiring

    I came across this older 1978 furnace and I cannot figure out the wiring. Can someone tell me why there is a Normally Open interlock switch that interrupts the AC power? I think I have it wired wrong. Please help.

    Well, you've got the diagram right there. A first year greenhorn should be able to figure this out. Sorry, no help from me. House rules.

    That is a Safety Switch and should not be played with. Please put down the tools and pick up the phone, you’re in over you’re head.
