Coil Connections
First of all I would like to thank everyone for this site. This is absolutely an amazing site and such a powerful tool as I strive to learn the industry.
I have a question I've been pondering as I do take-offs.
I'm looking at the Carrier submittals/product data for newer ACCU and looking at the coil connections. For the one I'm looking at - it lists Suction = 1-5/8 and Liquid = 5/8. Are these sizes on the submittal sheet in Nominal Dia. or OD? If OD, I assume to connect 1-1/2 and 1/2 respectively Nominal Dia. Copper piping to the coil?
Thank you so much in advance.
