Pneumatics
Does anyone know where I can get some literature for pneumatic controls. Something with typical system layouts. I had some here but I can't seem to find it. I have a couple of guys I want to give the basic rundown to. I myself have limited experience so it takes me a little while to remember. So if I can find the literature then I can go over it with my guys. We have a couple of schools that still have pneumatics. I have one guy who is pretty good at it but he is away for a couple of weeks.
Let me know if anyone can help.

All the info. that you could possibly want is right in front of you. Google it. "Pneumatic Controls" The Internet is endless. Of course, I did see a commercial one time where this guy said he reached the end of the internet.lol
I have some books on them but I got them years ago at Tech school. It was before the internet so there isn't web sites listed on them.

I had done that already and didn't find what I really wanted. But then I went to a good Honeywell site that in the lower right hand corner there is a place to search and you can get literature for any of there stuff.

Oil and Moisture
Make sure the compressor air drier is working properly! A properly purged separator is a reqiured routine maintenance!
Oil or moisture in the lines are troublesome and will permanently damage the controls.
20 psig usually is max pressure for most pneumatic controls.
Calibration is a must, every six months to a year max!
