Traditionally it's red-blue-black for 3-phase, earth (ground) is green. Neutral is white. That said, in the field it seems to be whatever sparky felt like using one day.

Was pulling an all-nighter retrofit a few years back. Not sure what prompted me to break out the voltmeter, but sparky provided us a circuit where green & white were hot, black was ground, red was ground, blue was neutral. Beautiful. Just the type of thing you like encountering at 4am. So, started going down the junction boxes in reverse. Sure enough, sparky must have been colour-blind as he started using different colours there! Ended up popping open all of the j-boxes, disconnected everything, and started from scratch.

Worst of all, these were 480v/277v lines! They'll knock you on your ass in a heartbeat. Also explained why some of the chain motors they had kept burning out (208v chain motors)
