    Twinning fault code for a Rheem Fau

    Does anybody have an idea what this is? Rheem FAU model # RGPH 07namgr Ser# DF5D307F389804165 The FAU is not twinned with another one. Anyhelp would be great.

    Is the furnace working ok "or" are you having some problem? the twinning fault should be 5 blinks with a 2 second pause, if you not having any problem with the unit I would not worry about it, or try killing the power to the furnace for a few minutes and turn it back on and see what happens, that would be a good start.

    Thanks, Mr. Bill. The FAU will not reset. I was thinking of replacing the board. I just wanted to check with someone that has seen that code before. I am more of a commercial tech and do not have a lot of experience with residential Rheem units. Thanks for any help in advance.
