Improving Hvac efficiency at the entrance doorway?
I walked into a hotel this past summer which had a wall of air blowing down very hard right when I walked in, presumably to keep the cool air from escaping. What are those systems called? Are they effective?

Air curtain. They also limit the amount of insects and trash that may blow in with automatic doors.
