ODT 87 F -- Anyone can help..

transducer reading the pressure?
How often is it going down? Is there a pattern to it. How does the transducer reading compare to what your gauges and thermometer tell you? Is it constantly going down or just every so often? The more info you can give us the more help we can give you.
It is going down just about every other day or mostly when the outdoor temp drop below 60 deg F between 11pm and 6:33 am. My temp reading from BOTH of my meters compared to the MicroTech 2 controller was off by quite a bit (maybe 5 degs F). I will double check it again.. It may be a refrigeration problem..... I thought sence the old ALR chiller had a water cooler/barrel and the New AGZ chiller has a brazed plate to plate evap,, I thought that I needed a buffer tank...I guess that is not the case.... I will post more later..

I hope you put the correct strainer in the entering chilled water.
Second that. if you do not have a very fine strainer on this the brazed frame heat exchanger will strain it for you.
A 40-mesh strainer was required.. Most places I called had 20 or 100 mesh.. Of cource I went with 20 mesh.
As flange mentioned about the transducer reading, I had talked whith a McQuay sales guy and he had said somthing about the transducer Not reading the correct LWT.. (MicroTech II). Cool LWT default was 44 deg F, today I changed it to 47 deg F. I will say the transducer reading is off 3 deg F.. The sale guy said he had one that was 4 deg F off.. I will report back.
Ok different subject.. To check the EWT and the LWT do some of you install water/temp gage in eh line or Thermostat well?? ok maybe none at all

call 1 800 767 6394 and I will come fix it for you!
Have you checked the refrigerant charge? Hows the diff. pressure cw flow? Low cw flow along with a slightly low charge will cause your situation. You may have multiple issues.
This Chiller is in Clarksburg, WV 26301

Sounds like a flow control valve issue on the water entering side, make sure it's the right size control valve(balanceing).
20 mesh has BIGGER holes than 40 mesh.
I agree..
hi,jwk and othor guyes
recently i have faced same problem.pressure is o.k. and getting 24v digital input.in fact p.c.board EPROM is malfunctioning.just replace the EPROM.before removing the EPROM,write down all parameters by opening the programming menu.after fixing the EPROM,reprogaram the processor board.
