the next judicial atrocity
Biden said it in his debate, Obama said it in his speech.
McCain and Palin didn't mention it, which means they support it too.
this financial bail-out will most likey include a provision where judges will have the power to tamper with your PRIMARY home loan.
this is yet another issue where the public should be in Washington D.C with torches and pitchforks, but of course , i guess, the American public hasn't been ripped off enough to get angry.
the idea is sold by Obama and Biden with the idea that judges are going to be lowering your interest rate , or cancelling debt.
anyone who believes that needs to step outside and shoot themself.
one day you'll find yourself signing up for a 5% loan, then a judge, receiving mortgage kickbacks, will come along and raise it 25%.
of course no one believes me until they see it happen.
when it happens they won't remember when it was passed.
...and they won't think about because they believe judges can do what ever they want.
so i'm just wasting my time anyways.

I heard Biden mention that in his debate speech last night. He was of course talking about lowering interest rates, forgiving back payments etc. of all the people that Fannie and Freddie signed up that couldn't afford the size of the loans they'd gotten in the first place.
I cannot believe that the socialists think they can go BEHIND a SIGNED contract and change it without the consent of the parties involved.
You do know what you can do about this Wolfie?
VOTE McCAIN / PALIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.

This was in the Dems initial offering before the minority party was even invited to the table. That esentially was the issue that blew up the meeting with Bush, Obama, McCain and the bi-partisan commitee that met at the White House, and of course McCain will get no recognition for bringing the GOP into the disscusion to torpedo that and other radical insertions into the bill by the Dems.
None of that made it to the floor in either House or Senate. It would have amounted to legislating from the bench and would have turned bankruptcy hearings into ad-hoc control of the banking industry by lawyers and the very people who signed up for sub-prime mortages they couldn't afford in the first place.
More social engineering by the least qualified people to engineer anything, Democrats

I am not happy at all about the rescue plan, but the President wasted no time signing it into law. The odd thing about bushs' administration is that he has gotten what he wants when he wants it, by the Dems or Repubs, regardless of wether or not its good for the country

The real story about what they are supporting
these issues are openly pushed by Obama but McCain has offered no resistance, which means he supports it.
1) Judges will have the power to tamper with your primary home loan
2) They want to place all medical records on shared computer files.
what this means for you is, your chance of getting a second opinion are coming to an end.
out of "respect", doctors do not conflict with each other's medical opinion.
this is a health company's dream.
3) McCain also buys into "global warming".
let me tell you a story.
once upon a time factories in Los Angeles were happily tooting along pumping crap into the air.
people were working, breathing crap, and everyone was happy.
along came the envirionmental companies to drop heavy requirements on businesses, and they started cleaning the place up.
businesses started complaining and politicians similar to W. Bush told them, "you just have to learn how to compete"
unforuntatly, "competing" means moving your factory to Asia where coincidently, business owners get to pay their workers a lot less.
now, Los Angeles is a commercial graveyard, the factories are in China, and Los Angeles is receiving pollution from across the Pacific.
"global warming" means nothing more than moving jobs over seas and paying a higher price for the junk here.
that's what we'll get more of after this election.
