Another cool part of our day in the mountains. We got on a cable car that took us up over 8,000 feet into the mountains.
First, I'll show you some pics of one of the buildings we went through before going on the cable car. This building was a shopping center, and what was cool was that part of this building was literally built over a river.
to get to the other half, you literally walked right over the river, just as you would drive over a bridge.
These are some pics looking down at the river as we were walking over it.
I hope they had not planned on installing these units permanatly on these pallets!

Now, the cable car. Here is a sign that tells you all about the cabe car.
Waiting to board the cable car. This is looking up into the mountain where the car takes us.

It was hard to breathe up at that elevation. We were at 9000 feet !!!! I don't how the smokers managed.
Good shots Pat.
I can't believe they left those A/C units on the pallets.
Hey cockroach, don't bug me! ©
What the hell do they put um on there for then?????
I still remember the looong arguement about how old the door girl was and if Pat could legally and morally "rassel" with her!
My doctor gave me six months to live, but when I couldn't pay the bill he gave me six months more.
