pv powered geothermal heatpump

I have an application in the Boulder Co area for a geothermal water to water (ground loop) heat pump to provide dhw and radiant floor heating. The heatpump will be powered by a 3kW of pv panel with a supercapacitor buffer storage. Heatpump needs to be in the 2 to 3 ton range. Loop temperature is around 55 deg. Any suggestions on what would be the best heatpump for this application? Important parameters are COP. A two stage heatpump has advantages as well
