What does strip heat do to ESP?

What impact does the presence of a strip heat package have on the ESP? I notice many manufacturers call out in their spec literature that the rated ESP is assuming the largest strip heat package is installed. I take this to mean that the smallest would have less of an impact on the ESP.

So, if you were to measure the ESP without a strip heat package and then with 5Kw and again with 25Kw, what increase would be expected over the base test without any strip heat? Just curious how much resistance they create.

Also keep in mind to pay attention to how many cfms are being used. The more strips and cfms, the higher the resistance rating you will need to deduct from your esp.
