One of my customers tried to buy a TAC controller
and was told the controllers are exclusive to branches/dealers.
Anyone know where he can buy a TAC controller?
He is located in Illinois.

Second option: Ebay

NOTE: Option 2 carries risks same as all Ebay transactions

That is partially true - have you checked the engenuity website? They sell some of TAC controllers.

What product line is he after?

Tell him to call his nearest local dealer first and if he can't get satisfaction from that he should be able to call corporate and get an answer there. We only rep the Vista and INET lines.

The Non-Evil doers are "Open" in reality, and not just "Open" on paper.

TAC is more puckered than Blue, or Trane.

Aren't most of them somewhat kind of open?

I looks like Distech and Circon are the most open, but I still run into some kind of road block with everyone it seems like. I even ran into problems with an iLon 100 cause I didn't have the original installation CD that came with the device. Anyway...not to beat a dead horse.

Yes they are, Voyant is even more so . They all do stupid stuff. But some are just plain crooks. "Sure its "open"
Oh..sorry thats another 50k .....for the open solution you thought you already bought.
