I have a new Carrier Infintiy 4 ton heat pump. Everything is great with the new system except I get 46 Brownout failure codes. On the advive of my install team I had the electric company come out and put a reading device on my electric meter. It was on for a week and they show no low spikes. My install team has also checked all the connections to my unit. They have also replaced the board on the outside unit. I am still getting the failures, any ideas?

Mine does the same thing. Seen a few others that I've installed come up with the same code. Nothing is ever found to be the problem. No idea why they put the code up, but there's nothing to worry about.
Use the biggest hammer you like, pounding a square peg into a round hole does not equal a proper fit.

How many of these faults do you get? If you look at my resettable faults I can get aleast one or two a day.
