I can see it know the Tech Goes up on the Roof spends the time talking on his cell phone and bragging about how good he is.
His boss thinks he great because no one calls in to complain and he gets all of his PM done in 1/2 the normal time.
Jerks like this make the whole industry look bad.THE MORE I LEARN

I have found work like this before. I always call the owner of the service company.
Usually the owner is just a jerk about it and I put them on my poop list. But occasionally you'll find an owner who's just become complacent and the employees just aren't doing the work. There's no excuse for that, but the owner might just need a wake-up call.
This is why we provide pictures and videos of our work. The customer can't know what he can't see.
