    Musty smell from hvac vents

Just recently noticed a musty smell coming from our vents seems all vents not just one, when ac is on. Have a 3 1/2 Ton gas pack unit about 2 years old. Ductwork runs thru crawel space and noticed this summer condensation on main run. Checked drain on unit outside seems to be draining ok is there anyting else I can check or do to stop this problem?

    "Dirty Sock Syndrome".

Evaporator coil and/or condensate drain pan under the coil may need to be cleaned and disinfected.

Is the ductwork off of the ground under the crawl space?

Had one just yesterday. The unit hadn't been serviced in years and the unit was full of old pine needles several inches deep. The condensate provided the moisture and the old needles were just rotting away. I can only imagine the loss of efficiency from trying to blow the condenser air through 8-inches of pine needles. Would have been a lot cheaper to have it service regularly.
If YOU want change, YOU have to first change.

If you are waiting for the 'other guy' to change first, just remember, you're the 'other guy's' other guy. To continue to expect real change when you keep acting the same way as always, is folly. Won't happen. Real change will only happen when a majority of the people change the way they vote!
