'Cold Cash Jefferson' looking to be reelected
So, they put him back in office while under scrutiny, will they do the same while under indictment? How much can some of these people get away with before the voters open their eyes!!!!
Do not argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.
People are strange..... he could very well get elected again.... look at marion barry.... They had him on tape....and the people didnt care..... I guess when your constituency consists of criminals and drug users....
Anyhow...his trial is coming up...hopefully they will bury him under a jailhouse somewhere and not make some kind of sweet deal with him.
He is nothing but a criminal..... but then again he is an elected official..... guess he is an elected official that got caught....lol
dang 11:47.....I got to be up around 3:30am to get ready for another labor day work....lol
One comment is in order. He is a Democrat and integrity and accountability is not a value considered by a lot of Democrats. As long as he votes for increased welfare for them and higher taxes on the upper and middle class, supports AA and enforced diversity that's all that counts to them. A Republican would be out on his ear and have to resign and not even think about ever running for office again. Two different standards two different parties.

Both parties are equally corrupt
In months and years to come, speculations about Cheney's and GW's illegal ties to big business and oil interests will come to fruition.
They reelected School Bus Nagin too, despite his arguably criminally negligent dereliction of duty during and after Katrina.
At least LA as a whole was wise enough to get rid of their incompetent governor.

If more government is the answer, then it's a really stupid question.
