I have a 887 sq. ft condo. I'm OK having had a Carrier 2 ton installed.
Everythings pretty nifty.
When I touch the AC air handler above the furnace, it's pretty damn cold while
it's cooling. Is this normal? I'm not talking stick your tounge on it and can't get it off.
Obviously it's gonna be cold to the touch seeing as how that's where all the cooling is happening.
It's really really cold. As if I could get more effeciency by maybe adding a line off the trunk and add another register to my living room.
Is it normal to have that AC coils unit above my furnace pretty cold to the touch? For maximum effeciency?
2 ton Carrier 38hdr slimline, Carrier Performace 80 series furnace/blower.
Both recently installed.
