    Moisture in supply duct

    We have a 90 ton brand new VAV air handler with DX cooling and we are getting moisture flying off the evap coil. It is a blow thru set up and the refrigerant is piped in a counter flow arrangement with the air flow our velocity on the coil is high around 530 FPM. Design velocity is 550. Coil is a 5 row with 13 fins per inch.This happens with inlet air conditions at 70 degrees and 60% relative humidity. supply air 53 degrees. Does anyone have any Ideas other than velocity.
