hey otto , i live in the aurora area have three years experience residential , looking to learn how to work on boilers. I know your prolly looking for a more experienced tech , what do you think should be an hourly rate for someone with 3 years experience?

Different pay at different companies
Three years experience doesn't necessarily equate to three years.......hard to explain. Some learn more in 3 years than others learn in 10. Send me a e-mail with your phone umber and I'll be glad to call you to see if you're who we're looking for.
