Turn the filter pd measuring back on. Record new and repeated fault codes.
    Call Carrier.
Buy your contractor a copy of Manuals D and J.

What was their explanation for the faults you recorded?

Set the temp down 5 or 6°, so all zones are calling. Then see what your static is with all zones open.

Your statics you posted are still too high.

post what they are with all zones open.
Unit one with 3 zones all open the unit says the zones are at 15 or open

    SP is 1.14 High Stage

Second unit with all four zones open

    Sp is 1.01 High Stage

Zone2 sirflow limited shutdown occured this was in the living room where the vents were closed

I did ask how they size the ducts if they used formulas etc... and he said he wasnt the one who did it but the figure it out using the voulme of the house...sq footage and ceiling heights etc....

Way too high. The HVAC contractor didn't fix anything. And is probably hoping you let it drop.

I hope he didn't mean that the duct work for both units combined is sized for 2300 CFM.

How many times must one fix something before it is fixed?

I ask him and he said no for both....

These units are capable of 1750 each correct?

I am not going to let it drop if he thinks so he is mistaken..neither will my GC. I do know the ducting is HUGE in the attic...

What is a good SP? It records high anything over I believe...so what is acceptable and is this published anywhere?

What you call hugh, and what is undersized, may be the same thing.

I don't remember if you said if you have duct board, flex duct, or sheet metal.

The filter SP notice will demostrate something is a rye by constantly telling you to replace the filter even though you just did.

If thats an N coil, I don't think your suppose to have the right side(top in this case) over hang the furnace.

Bet you have a high PD with that coil set up. Weather or not it an N coil, thats a bad mount.
