    Very Good idea, HVAC-talk team!
really well said mikey in one sentence. here we are all professionals , most of us with good skill and work ethics with one common denominator , we can't wait for the ef to open!!!! where is this enthusiam in the newbies in the industries????? There needs to be some serious marketing strategies put out there to 'splain the scope of things in laymans terms to draw in this new talent. make it easier to get a job upon completion of scooling , recruiters , job fairs , etc: I've been in the field 40 yrs and loved it the whole time(except some pms in jan. on rooftops). Yet here i am eagerly waiting for the ef to open. I'm afraid the response will give the server eqp't a meltdown. See ya inna ef.......Jack
