    Get the install manual out, and check the charge yourself.

    ok beenthere i will try that............... and before anyone panics i do have gauges and i do have an epa card even though i dont do this for a living i have been in the trade before and do have the knowledge to check the charge................. thanks

    I would start by checking the airflow. Installers sometimes forget the fan coil set up
