    Question Tower Package Units

Why did they do it? Not to make it easy, because they could.

Where are the carpenter ants and termites at when you need them?

At least they bothered to put work platforms on them. They put condensing units that high on the side of homes on the islands here with NO practical access to them.

Not grass 2 - 3 foot high alfalfa.

The area doesn't flood. They probably spent more on the crane and the wood and labor than a pad and the sheet metal duct to run it up the side. I'd rather they had put them on the roof in the center it would have been safer.

Some people think like that sh*t aint never gonna break down!

If it had some railing it would be better. Dang you must be nervous standing in front of the control panel with only 24" to stand on!

Actually we have 2 story homes worse than that.
32 foot ladder to access. Then you stand on no more than 24" of 5/12 pitch roof!

I like how they put a hole in the center of the platform! For what, to get your ladder in there some how? How is someone going to get to the blower for future change?
