heat pump goes from low cool to high cool on demand. my blower speed stays on high speed regarless of the call for y1 or y2. what am i missing?

Double check your low voltage wiring at the AVY. Sounds like you have y1 and y2 crossed there.

Yea.
There shouldn't be any wire connection from the thermostat, to the air handlers Y/Y2 terminal.
The OD unit tells the air handler when to go to high speed.

Look at your terminals at the OD unit. You'll see you have Y1, Y2, and Y2 OUT.
