    I would prob put most of the blame though on the crane operator. The crane operator is in charge of the lift.

    I found that watching this video was hard with all the female ads shaking their ads!
    Besides that at the end of the video you saw some guy without a hard hat (as if it would have mattered) go underneath to the right. Right before the unit fell. That would have been a fatal mistake.

    Should have used a spreader bar. The angle of those straps was horrible.

    I found I had the same problem. Had to replay it a few times....

    I am wondering why they didn't drain the unit first? Looks like a lot of water gushed out when it hit he ground... Not sure how much water was in the thing, but waters heavy...

    Wonder if the crane operator knew it was full of water?
