    The IAQ from honeywell (the maker of your trane branded thermostat) only needs three wires form stat can control staged heating and cooling. Also you can have the outdoor temperature displayed

    Hi forcryinoutload,

    yep like beenthere say at my other post he did hook up the "brown" wire. I think that was when he made the call... I just happen to took photo before you finished wiring. So far I am pretty happy with this 1/2 install

    Therm,

    This is not the IAQ model, this is same as VP 8320. Trane kinda has a IAQ like, but it's only used on the XC95 model.
