New System
My friend ask me to find him a quality contractor to provide equipment and installation of a new complete system. His main objective is to have a quality installation that provides comfort to every room. From what I've seen this may involve zoning or duct work modifications. If you are interested and can provide him with a quality job he would like to talk to you. He is presently up north and will be returning to Fl next week. The location of this job is Cape Coral, Fl near Veterans Memorial Bridge.
Thanks

umm
id do it but it would involve asking more questions depending on what he'd need done like
1) what size units are there now
2) is he running new copper
3) how many returns and supplies and what kind of material sizes (if running new ductwork)
4)is the airhandler in the closet or attic

John haveing lived thier in the Cape for 17 years before moveing and being in this field for 25 years I can tell you if the house is older your friend needs to look at the type of windows and insulation in the attic also. And new ductwork not modified and zoneing is going raise the price a lot .
