size help on my updated manual j calculations

    HOME BUILT IN 1980
ORIGINAL CENTRAL A/C WITH ELECTRIC HEAT 3 TON
CAN YOU TELL ME IF THIS LOOKS RIGHT, I HAVE DOUBLE CHECKED ALL MY INFO FOR CALCULATIONS. LOOKS LIKE ORIGINAL WAS OVERSIZED AND I ACTUALLY ADDED ABOUT 350 SQ FT TO THE ORIGINAL CONTRUCTION WHEN I ENCLOSED CARPORT

WHAT SIZE HEAT PUMP SHOULD I GO WITH? AND WILL 10KW HEAT STRIP DO?
VARIABLE SPEED AIR HANDLER? ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE HELPFULL.
    THANKS
    JAMES

Yes ,lower indoor will increase btus required.

Plus ,eqipment is rated at 80°F,with a reduction of the equipment's capability to produce sensible btus,of 835 btus X each degree below 80°,per every 1000 cfms.

Check footnotes on mfrs literature ,for this info..
