Compressor fan and compressor works but blower wont turn

My compressor and compressor fan working fine but the blower or fan close to the filter doesnt, Its not turning just a buzzing sound. I changed the ran capacitor which I suspect was the problem. It worked and I was happy thinking I dont need to pay for technical service. After couple of hours the problem came back. If ac is turn off. then turn it back on thru thermostat the compressor fan turns but the blower wont kick in. I am not an HVAC expert, is there in anyway I can do to fix this? Will I install another ran capacitor. I appreciate if anyone can help. Thanks.

Your problem is much deeper than a capacitor. Calling a tech really is
worth it, you may end up changing out good parts.

    You need a new motor

Chances are your blower motor runs hot and is tripping out on internal overload. When it cools off, the blower works again-for a little while. You need a new motor (with the correct capacitor).
