Compressor fan and compressor works but blower wont turn

My compressor and compressor fan working fine but the blower or fan close to the filter doesnt, Its not turning just a buzzing sound. I changed the ran capacitor which I suspect was the problem. It worked and I was happy thinking I dont need to pay for technical service. After couple of hours the problem came back. If ac is turn off. then turn it back on thru thermostat the compressor fan turns but the blower wont kick in. I am not an HVAC expert, is there in anyway I can do to fix this? Will I install another ran capacitor. I appreciate if anyone can help. Thanks.

Your problem is much deeper than a capacitor. Calling a tech really is
worth it, you may end up changing out good parts.

You need a service tech before you get hurt, or burn your house down. Make the call.

    Talking ya

id get a service technician out there
and when he is there ask him what he might think is the problem
if he goes up there with no tools
be prepared for him to try to sell you a new system lol
if he's good and knows he'll have u running in less than an hour

    Exclamation

Tech has to change the motor which I suspected was the problem. Installed a new motor replacing my 18 years old motor... sad thing is I have to pay more than 350 bucks...good thing is no more vibration felt in the house which used to be.

Rigs 7000 you actually thought it was another start capacitor that is why you should always leave these things to professionals.
