I have been doing alot of fishing, and learning the painful ropes of starting my own business. Slow as molasses, then busy as a bee, now back to being slow. Consistency would be nice!

Well forget that!! I've been doing business since 1979 and it is always feast or famine. The sure way to get a big job is to plan a vacation.

Okay enough about business. How have you been? Did you marry your girl friend? Is your house done?

Okay enough about you. Let's get to down to the pool.

How are we going to handle prizes? It seems every year some one renigs on sending out the prize they promised. Then the person who wins gets pizzed. (this never happened to me since I never win.) I say that we either send the prize to one central place and then redistribute them when the guy wins. You don't get a week until your prized is in the hands of the third party. Or we go to a nominal cash buy in. Also no one gets in unless he/she submits a mailing address. In other words you have to take the prize if you win the week.

On the other hand no prizes at all is an option but that would suck.

That being said, yes every year someone doesnt send, but it seems there is only 1 time a year that happens. Some people simply dont care to get the prize. Some are busy.

If we send everything to a central point, then some poor soul will have to mail stuff every week. So...

House is still on the back burner, g/f thing is over. They don't seem to like my fishing hours, can't find one that enjoys it too so what can a guy do. Have a great dog though

My son and I both are in and will both take a "seperate" week for a prize. I say seperate because if prizes double up again this year I don't want to have to double up with him.
