    Can you stop this system from leaking water?

    Service call today for lack of AC. Found loose belt and major corrosion at bottom of unit, water all over floor. Previous company had replaced compressor last year, but doubt any luck with AHU. System actually runs fine, but a nasty, damp smell throughout building from AHU location in dark basement with a wet floor.
