Cobb Grill - bought one - like it
The cobb portable grill was developed for using little fuel to cook with. South Africa.
Thus the name cobb grill (corn cobs used as the heat source).
6-8 brickettes will cook a 3 lb. chicken.
I just bought one and it cooked the best chicken I ever tasted.
A bit on the expensive side tho. Very neat tho.

I have one also. I use it for beer brats and fish and it works great. Only takes 5 or 6 pieces of charcoal to do them also I have not tried chicken yet. My only complaint is that its a little hard to clean but the food tastes great.

The moderator will tidy that up. I've had it happen too.
YA, the Cobb takes a bit of cleaning up, not like where ya just shut the lid on a regular grill and leave it till next time.
I don't mind the clean up as I use it on my condo deck. Better than having a big ugly thing on wheels out there. And the Cobb is better still than having one of those small table tops where ya still have to deal with the ashes and all.
I just take the grilling plate, dome, mote and all inside afterwards and takes me 5 minutes to clean it all.
Great little barb for condo owners.
