Confused Air Handler Vibration in a 5 ton system ?

I just had a new compressor and new air handler installed and it seems that when the blower turns on the air handler vibrates significantly. You can even see the support rods holding up the unit vinbrating. This is a new Trane unit that has a centrifugal blower. My old unit, a Bryant, also had a centrifugal blower and showed no noticable vibrations. The new input and output plenums are firmly tied down so it is surprising that the entire body of the air handler is shaking when the blower goes on. I suspect something is caught inside the blower or it was dropped and misaleigned somehow.

Please confirm whether this is normal behavior ! Thx
