    Red face troubleshooting question

We have had the thermostat set higher for one week in a two-unit home; suddenly, the downstairs unit's compressor is not coming on. Any elementary switches or circuits to check before we call someone? Appreciate any advice you might have. We are not adventurous and will likely end up calling someone anyway, but would like to check the easy stuff if we can.

    Wink Thank you

What are you doing on this site after a long, hard day in attics and on roofs? At any rate, your advice is greatly appreciated, and, you'll be happy to know, professional help is on the way.
