If the equipment is comparable in actual system efficiencies, capacity, features and warranty, what matters most is the company installing it. Go with the brand the company you trust the most wants to install.
a good recognized brand is important but the installer is even more important, a good brand unit installed by a guy who doesn't have a clue of what he's doing will trash the equipment and you will have a bad impresion of the brand, I have the brand in the middle of you question at home and can't be happier... but it was installed by the best tech I know....me!!
Small installation details will make huge difference on unit life expactancy and relaibility.
