    condensation blowing off coil

i have a situation where condensation is blowing off of the evaporator coil (horizontal air handler) and dripping out of the front of the unit. air handler has hot water coil attached to the supply outlet. i've suggested adding more return air to system. anything else we can look at? we checked drain pan. condensation is actually blowing beyond condensate drain pan.

you have to check the trap if thier is no trap or it is dry especally in a air handler it will have blow by and suck air in through the drain and your pan wont drain it will spash over the side, did u use a pice of plexie glass to look at it ???
